## Before you begin [#before-you-begin]

Creating and editing requires a Google account. Use a desktop-sized browser for editing. On mobile, you can preview, navigate, share when eligible, and download your presentations, but not edit them.

The manual editor and owner exports are available on Free. Cloud storage, MCP work and hosted sharing have separate [plan limits](/en/docs/account/plans).

Use search to find a feature or task. Each guide explains the workflow first, then limitations. Agents can use [the Markdown index](/llms.txt); each page also has a **Read as Markdown** link.
