There is one monthly paid plan; no annual plan is offered. Both plans require Google sign-in for creating and editing.
Three separate allowances
Storage measures occupied cloud storage. MCP units measure AI tool work, not the number of presentations or messages. Sharing transfer measures delivery to visitors through hosted links.
Manual editing, manual owner exports and owner synchronization do not consume MCP units. A Free user does not lose creative tools merely because Pro has a larger daily allowance.
Check usage
Open Usage to inspect confirmed work, reservations, available units and the reset time. Daily MCP allowance resets at 00:00 UTC without rollover or automatic overage charges. Read MCP usage for examples and estimation.
Cancel or reach a limit
Cancellation stops renewal; paid benefits continue through the paid period. Afterward storage returns to 100 MB and hosted sharing pauses. Existing local/cloud data is not automatically deleted by cancellation. Reading, deletion, local editing and owner exports remain available; writes increasing storage beyond the allowance are rejected.
There is no promise of unlimited storage, traffic or AI work. Check the relevant limit before starting a large import or export.
