Share a presentation with controlled access

Create a share linkCopy section link

Hosted sharing requires Pro and a cloud-synchronized presentation. Choose Share presentation, configure the link and copy its URL after creation. The raw URL is not recoverable from the management list later.

Choose expiration, a verified-email restriction if needed, visitor limits and independent permissions for editable-package and HTML downloads. Create separate links for audiences that need different rules.

What viewers receiveCopy section link

A link opens the latest successfully synchronized revision when opened or reloaded. Pending local changes are not yet part of the shared version.

General viewing can be anonymous. Email-restricted viewing requires the matching verified Google identity. Every shared-link download requires sign-in, even when viewing is anonymous. PDF and TXT delivery through shared links are not available.

Manage or revoke linksCopy section link

Use Manage links to review and revoke links in account settings. Expiring or revoking one link does not delete the presentation. Stopping synchronization or deleting the cloud presentation permanently revokes its existing links.

Download permissions control delivery, not copies already downloaded. Treat links as access credentials and share them only with intended recipients.

Transfer allowanceCopy section link

Pro includes 20 GB of shared-link transfer per subscription month. Visitor delivery consumes the owner's allowance. When exhausted, new shared access and deliveries pause without deleting the presentation. They resume in a new eligible period only if the subscription and link remain valid.
